How does the 50% launch offer work?
The first 500 families who subscribe to the Family plan automatically get 50% off for their first 12 months (applies to both monthly and yearly billing). The discount is applied automatically at Stripe checkout with no promo code needed.
What happens to our books if I cancel the subscription?
Every story you have already created stays on your family's bookshelf and can be read and listened to as many times as you like — even after your subscription ends.
What is the difference between Monthly and Yearly?
Both give you 10 new illustrated and narrated stories every month. With Yearly billing, you pay once a year and get 2 months free built into the annual price.
What happens if a technical error occurs while a story is being created?
If a story ever fails to complete due to a technical issue, the story credit is automatically refunded to your story allowance.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Yes, as a consumer you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal on new subscriptions. You can submit a withdrawal request directly under Subscription in the parent area.
