1. Godkännande av villkor

By accessing or using Tale Forge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Parents or legal guardians must accept these terms on behalf of minor users.

2. Beskrivning av tjänsten

Tale Forge is an AI-powered interactive storytelling platform designed for children ages 4-9. The Service generates personalized stories that promote empathy, kindness, and social-emotional learning. The Service includes story generation, character creation, narration, and progress tracking features.

3. Konton & registrering

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One account per family; child profiles are managed by the parent account

4. Innehåll & användning

• AI-generated stories are for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not redistribute or sell AI-generated content
• All user input is moderated for age-appropriate content
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines

5. Prenumerationer & betalningar

Tale Forge offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Immateriella rättigheter

The Tale Forge platform, brand, and technology are owned by Tale Forge AB. AI-generated stories created for your account are licensed to you for personal use. You retain ownership of any original content you provide (character names, story prompts).

7. Ansvarsbegränsning

Tale Forge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results; parental supervision is recommended.

8. Uppsägning

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Tillämplig lag

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
